Another Job Well Done!

When dealing with the ups and downs of moving on a daily basis it is sometimes easy to forget that it is generally one of the most stressful times of people’s lives.  Worrying if a survey will come back ok, if a chain will stay together and if a mortgage offer has been issued or not are just a few of the concerns along the way.

As an agent it is our primary job to keep all informed and updated as sometimes the easy part is finding a buyer for a property. The hard work can start soon after, liaising between buyers and sellers during the conveyancing process and chasing solicitors to progress files. It is essential that when considering who to instruct to remember that experience counts as if there are issues to deal with an experienced agent will be able to negotiate their way through them for you.

In the Charminster office we were delighted to of recently received a wonderful card from a customer who sold and purchased via the branch.  With Goadsby entering their 60th year and still being an independent agent the staff and directors have decades of experience helping to make the  process as smooth and simple as possible for all involved.

If you are thinking of buying or selling in the BH8 or BH9 postcodes and would like a free market appraisal of your own home please call Tim and the team on 01202 859966 or email tim.winslade@goadsby.com
