Goadsby Commercial have successfully let another retail unit in the popular Stonemasons Court on Parchment Street. Number 1 Stonemasons Court comprises ground floor retail space of 370sq.ft and is currently undergoing fit-out works to create an impressive addition to The Courtyard.

Goadsby Commercial have had the pleasure of working with Flat Whites and were excited at the opportunity of them adding a permanent coffee shop in Winchester to their current pop ups, pods and other premises. We are sure they will continue to make a great success within Winchester.
