Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby Commercial have completed the letting of 686 Christchurch Road, Boscombe, Dorset BH7 6BT to Fitter Than Fit Ltd trading as Wassmuffin Martial Arts Academy.
The subject premises comprise a net internal area of 2,039 sq ft and was let on a new lease for a term of 10 years at a commencing rent of £13,000 per annum, exclusive.
