Mixed Use Freehold Sold In Boscombe Working in conjunction with our Property Management Department, Goadsby are pleased to announce the recent sale of a mixed used freehold investment in Boscombe. 

Acting on behalf of a private management client, Goadsby were instructed to sell 5-11 Sea Road, Boscombe which consists of two shops and a vacant first floor. The quoting price was £250,000 for the freehold interest.
