Acting on behalf of a private investor, the Business Space Department of Goadsby has advised on the acquisition of the former Youth Club at 4 Church Street, Wimborne Minster.

This character building is situated in the heart of Wimborne Minster and is arranged over ground and first floors extending to approximately 950 sq ft with the potential to add additional floors.

James Edwards, Divisional Director of Goadsby commented “It is very rare to be able to acquire a freehold building in this vibrant and attractive town and the building presents our client with some exciting options which they are currently reviewing.”

The building was sold by way of informal tender and Willis Commercial acted for the vendor.
