Substantial Industrial Premises Sold In Wallisdown Goadsby have, on behalf of a private vendor, sold 7 & 8 Lyon Road, off the Wallisdown Road in Poole.  The industrial premises extend to 30,677 sq ft and have a 5.3/5.5m internal eaves height, four loading doors, two very substantial 3 phase electricity supplies and a fenced and gated site.  The quoting price was £2.9M.
