Acting on behalf of Eastleigh Borough Council, Goadsby Commercial are pleased to announce the recent letting of 2E Herald Industrial Estate to A J Mason Flooring Limited.  This is the fourth letting to take place after Units 2D, 2E & 2F were divided back into separate units following the departure of a single tenant occupying all three. 

Prior to the letting of Unit 2E, lettings were also completed to MonsterWraps in Unit F, Love It Lawns in Unit 2D and Lowery Engineering in 4A.  The units ranged from 955 sq ft up to just under 2,000 sq ft. 

Amy Baker at Goadsby comments 'We continue to receive good levels of demand for small industrial units in the Hedge End area due to limited availability across the region.  We are pleased we have been able to find tenants for all three units, which had been refurbished by Eastleigh Borough Council.  Following a lease end there is currently only one other unit available at Herald Industrial Estate, being Unit 2C which is 2,026 sq ft and available on a new sub-lease for a term to be agreed.
