Success In The Town Centre, As Four Office Lettings Complete

20 October 2021 Goadsby have, acting on behalf of two landlords, let four office suites in Bournemouth town centre.

Two of the lettings were completed at St Stephens Court, St Stephens Road which is a courtyard development of nine self-contained office buildings constructed in the 1980’s.  and two were completed at Dean Park House which is a seven storey, multi-let building on Dean Park Crescent.
