Goadsby Lettings manager Jacqui Sinnetta reports a demand for all types of properties within a 15 mile radius of Salisbury. To help cope with the constant demand Jacqui is urging Landlords to come forward to discuss the Letting potential of their property.
There is particular high activity for 2 bedroom accommodation within walking distance of the City centre at the moment. Young professionals are demanding quality for their money and are particularly interested in either apartments or houses with 2 double bedrooms and gas central heating in the region of £725 - £850 pcm.
The three bed family homes within the £850 to £995 bracket are very sought after, with the well presented properties being let within days. Jacqui says that any Landlord who provides a Tenant with clean and comfortable surroundings will reap the rewards. Even a well presented, low maintenance garden can make all the difference in helping a prospective Tenant make a decision between one home or another.
The four/five bedroom executive homes within the £1200 to £2000 bracket are in high demand. Travelling distance is not as important as the smaller properties as long as it is of high quality and within pleasant surroundings. Again Jacqui is asking Landlords to come forward with their properties to Let. Landlords that are unable to sell or are considering going abroad should call in to discuss the letting potential of their property. Jacqui says that they have a list of quality Tenants looking to move over the next few months and would welcome any help in providing suitable accommodation for them. As long as we can keep up the supply we can certainly keep up with the demand.
