17 August 2021 Goadsby have, on behalf of a private investor, sold Unit 6B Uddens Trading Estate, Wimborne, Dorset which is a mid-terrace industrial/warehouse premises extending to approximately 2,283 sq ft.  The premises benefited from a new pitched insulated steel clad roof installed in 2018 incorporating daylight panels and also a unisex WC and tea point.
