Goadsby Commercial and Waters Chartered Surveyors have successfully sourced a new head office for MSP Capital close to Poole Quay.
Strata House occupies a prominent position on the corner of Castle Street and Strand Street, approximately 90m from Poole Quay and 60m from Poole High Street.
The premises are arranged over 3 storeys and MSP Capital will occupy approximately 90% of the building.
Goadsby Commercial also manage the building on behalf of the landlord and the Business Space and Management Departments worked closely together to conclude the letting.
