Demand Continues To Surge At New 26 Acre Business Park

Demand Continues To Surge At New 26 Acre Business Park 37 transactions agreed at Axis 31, as Ankers & Rawlings prepare plans for Phase 4.

Axis 31 is a brand new 26 acre business park located approximately 2.5 miles north-west of the A31 and adjacent to Woolsbridge Industrial Estate.  

Ankers & Rawlings Developments have now completed Phase 1, with Phases 2 and 3 due for completion in June and August respectively.  There are a total of 30 units in Phases 1-3, ranging from 550 sq ft up to 2,200 sq ft, which have all been built speculatively and are being offered on a ‘For Sale’ or ‘To Let’ basis.  Two design and builds have also been delivered totalling 17,000 sq ft.
