The units comprise of 3 industrial units ranging from 712 sq ft up to 757 sq ft each, giving a total of 2,216 sq ft plus mezzanines. Unit 17 was sold with vacant possession and Units 18 and 19 were sold as income producing investments. The purchaser has already organised a letting of Unit 17.
