Goadsby Sell 56,162 Sq Ft Industrial/Warehouse Premises In Poole Goadsby have, on behalf of a private investor, sold 17 Factory Road, Upton Industrial Estate Poole which is a semi-detached industrial/warehouse unit extending to 56,162 sq ft.  The internal eaves heights are 5.6/5.8m, there are 15,215 sq ft of offices over two floors and there are 3 loading doors. The quoting price was £1.8M plus VAT.
