All Units At Horizon Park, Poole Are Now Sold

All Units At Horizon Park, Poole Are Now Sold Goadsby and Lambert Smith Hampton have sold all of the speculatively built Horizon Park at Tower Park in Poole and which comprises 11 new warehouses ranging from 1,677 sq ft to 24,830 sq ft.  The scheme was built by national developer Chancerygate, to a very high standard and each unit had a clear internal height of either 6.5m or 8.5m, an electric loading door and pvc cells. The majority of the units included a structural concrete first floor to be used either as storage of first floor offices.
