Rob Ward, Branch Manager of our Salisbury office has reported a very promising start to the week having just agreed three sales in three days, all of which have achieved their full asking prices.
The property styles vary from a two bedroom detached bungalow, to a two bedroom character home and a modern three bedroom semi-detached home located near Salisbury District Hospital.
Rob also reports having just agreed two further sales also this week, a large four bedroom detached home which enjoys over 2 acres of land and was priced at £625,000 and a smaller two bedroom semi detached house.
