Goadsby Commercial is delighted to announce the completion of a new lease at 20 Staple Gardens. Radley House Partnership are expanding from their current base in Southgate Street and are pleased to be moving into new open plan offices in the heart of Winchester.

We were aware of Radley’s requirement for contemporary office space and are delighted to have completed the letting to them."

Staple Gardens however, met all our requirements particularly with regards to the future growth and direction of the practice. Thanks to Allan and following a relatively straight forward process, we are now settled into our wonderful new home at No.20 Staple Gardens".
