Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby Commercial have completed the letting of 19 Sea Road, Boscombe to Marc Plunkett of Body Snatchers Boxing.
The subject premises comprise a net internal area of 1,705 sq ft over the ground floor and basement. The unit was let on a new lease for a term of 6 years at a commencing rent of £12,000 per annum, exclusive.
