The unit comprises a 1,398 sq ft two storey building with retail on the ground floor with ancillary office and storage space above.  Goadsby were able to offer a sub-lease for the remaining 4 years at a passing rent of £29,500 pax.

The ingoing tenants Rambles (Hants) Ltd are a Sandwich shop who aim to serve local businesses and passers-by with freshly prepared food and drinks.
