Goadsby And Nettleship Sawyer Secure A Sale Of A 12,000 Sq Ft Freehold Office Building

James Edwards of Goadsby and Steve Chiari of Nettleship Sawyer have successfully secured a sale of a 12,000 sq ft office building on the Fitness First site at 52 Willis Way, Poole.  The property comprises a three storey office building which adjoins Fitness First’s purpose built health and fitness club.

The building has been acquired by the car finance company, Credit Plus, who will be using the building as their new head office.
