This lovely 2 bedroom house in Creekmoor was sale agreed within a week of coming to the market. As the buyers planned to let the property Goadsby were able to begin advertising the property To Let, from the point of exchange, at an early stage and a suitable tenant was identified and in place, ready to move in once the sale completed.
