St Austell Brewery Commit To New Premises In Ferndown

Acting on behalf of Dawson & King Ltd, Goadsby are pleased to report the letting of 65 Haviland Road to St Austell Brewery.

The premises extend to approximately 6,300 sq ft with a yard area of 15,340 sq ft and the quoting rental was £69,950 per annum exclusive.

The letting is one of a series which have recently completed on Ferndown Industrial Estate which were negotiated by the Business Space Department at Goadsby.
