The site comprising of a small set of garages and off street car parking is located a stone’s throw from the main High Street of the Town. The site was sold subject to planning permission to a local property developer who successfully gained planning permission to erect 5 apartments on the land.
The site falls outside of Goadsby’s office coverage but has proved that our specialist expertise in land and development can be attributed to any part of the South of England.
