Energy Performance Certificate

epc

If you are going to sell or let your home then you will probably require an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) for the property first.

An EPC shows the prospective buyer or tenant how your property compares with others with regard to how much gas and electricity will be needed to run the home.

If you are letting the property you should also be aware that as of April 1st 2018 your EPC will need to reach a minimum standard.

If you are not sure if you have an EPC staff at your local Goadsby branch will be able to help with this and our in-house Assessor will be able to create an EPC for you.
