  • Let to 4Com PLC, Regus, Barclays and Gallagher

Following the closure of its 3 acre Bournemouth site, Magellan Aerospace appointed Goadsby to act as sole agents in the marketing and letting of 6 industrial/warehouse buildings that it had been occupying and which totalled 65,964 sq ft.
  • Each building was emptied of machinery, repaired and decorated, ready for tenant occupation
  • Unit 1-3 is a detached 39,702 sq ft unit with frontage to Wallisdown Road, which had a quoting rental of £227,910 pax and was let to TeamSport as a go-kart centre
  • Unit 4 is a detached 9,223 sq ft unit which had a quoting rental of £55,000 pax and was let to Hendy Group Ltd
  • Unit 5 is a detached 8,474 sq ft unit which had a quoting rental of £42,250 pax and was let to Premier Sports Solutions Ltd
  • Unit 6 is a detached 8,547 sq ft unit which had a quoting rental of £42,700 pax and was let to Lyon Catering Ltd
  • All the units were let shortly after the refurbishment works were completed.
