Goadsby Building Consultancy were asked to prepare a specification for external repairs and general maintenance together with the full redecoration of this late Victorian building containing 8 flats of various sizes. We tendered the works, undertook the contract administrator role once works started, and acted as Principal Designer for the purposes of the Contract Design and Management regulations.

The ground floor of this building was initially designed as four separate units. However, these were all leased to a single tenant who combined and fitted them out for sole occupancy. Goadsby Building Consultancy was instructed to prepare a terminal schedule of dilapidations at the end of the lease and successfully negotiated a settlement with the outgoing tenant.
