A vacancy has arisen within our busy Lettings Property Management department based in Ferndown.

The role, based in our Maintenance team will include:
- dealing with maintenance requests, renewals/ending of tenancy agreements
- building relationships by liaising with landlords and tenants
- general duties associated with Property Management.
Applicants must:
- have a strong personality
- have the ability and confidence to deal with clients and customers in all situations
- be a team player with excellent IT an administration skills
- be organised, show great attention to detail and be able to work to tight timescales.
This position would suit someone with experience in this field.
