Job Role
Two vacancies have arisen within our busy Lettings Property Management department in Ferndown.
One role, based in our Docusign team the will include: compilation of documentation including tenancy agreements, the uploading and sending of documentation via an electronic automated system plus general administration.
The second role, based in our Maintenance team will include dealing with maintenance requests, renewals/endings of tenancy agreements, liaising with landlords and tenants and general duties associated with Property Management.
Applicants must have a strong personality and the ability and confidence to deal with clients and customers in all situations, as well as being a team player with excellent IT and administration skills. They must show great attention to detail and be able to work to tight timescales.
The position would suit applicants with experience in this field although we would consider applicants with a legal/estate agency/administration background for a trainee position.
