Due to continued success, we are recruiting for a Sales Negotiator/Trainee Sales Negotiator at our Weymouth office.
The position would suit a trainee or a more experienced negotiator already established within the industry.
You may be looking to progress your career within Estate Agency, or you may currently work in customer service and be considering a change of role.
The role will include providing support to the Branch Manager and Regional Director, undertaking viewings/valuations, managing the online applicant database, liaison with both buyers and vendors and progressing sales to completion.
A professional manner and excellent IT and communication skills are required.
A driving licence is essential.
