We require a Trainee Administrator to assist the team in our busy Property Management Department based in Bournemouth.
This demanding role includes dealing with maintenance requests, renewals/endings of tenancy agreements, liaising with landlords and tenants and general duties associated with Property Management.
The position would suit someone with experience in this field although we would consider applicants with a legal/estate agency/administration background for a trainee position.
The ideal candidates will be motivated and professional with good organisational and communication skills, and will be required to deal with the general public and work as part of a team.
