Mark didn�t sell himself, he was the only agent who took into consideration our position and wanted to help sell our house. All the other agents were more about how good they were, Mark didn�t say anything about himself to get me to sign up, it was all about the house sale.<br />L F and C J White

Do not rent from this company! Not answering phone calls, not fixing issues in rented accommodation (mold, condensation..)despite being told that will be fixed by " management company "....and last straw is asking for £30 reference fee.... which reference needed by the other estate agents! Always paying on time, and fee for peace of paper!?! Can you imagine being charged every time for proof of no claims bonus on your car insurance, basically the same thing!!! And that's for STUDENT ACCOMMODATION, god forbid for professionals!

I decided to rent through Goadsby, after my 1st dealings with them when going through Probate. I found everyone I’ve dealt with so far very helpful, particularly Kane Hainey IOU. About a week before tenets were due to move in, we had a burst pipe and ceiling collapse, absolute nightmare. With the help of Kane we managed to get everything sorted, just in time.
