We recently sold our flat in Winchester using Goadsby. Having bought the flat through them previously and found everything very professional, it was an easy decision to work with them again. A decision made even easier by a reassuring first meeting with Andrew and the ongoing services of him and James throughout the transaction. Things were not straightforward but their persistence in pushing things along, especially towards the end of the process, could always be relied upon and at all times their communication was excellent. My experience with dealing with the purchase of 37 Wrights Close in South Wonston through your office in Winchester, particularly with James Deaville and his colleagues, has been most satisfactory. I appreciate that this might not have been as straight forward as other sales due to one of the parties being resident in Canada.

The team at Goadsby Winchester were excellent throughout the sales process. At a difficult time for our family, the approach from the very beginning was respectful, sensitive and informative. Andrew gave honest and clear guidance regarding valuation, timings and realistic expectations. James Deaville was excellent at steering us through the various stages of the sale and worked tirelessly to liaise with and encourage the other parties.
