Brooke was very patient with us & kept us well informed. We'd struggled to sell our house & once sold STC we were keen to find a suitable property. We were aiming for a July/Aug exchange & completion and Brooke kept the pressure on with those higher up the chain. She was regularly in contact with us even if she had no further news. I felt Beth was very knowledgeable and absolutely fantastic at keeping me updated with how things were progressing. There was a slight spanner in the works right towards the end but Beth continued to keep me informed and reassured.

Goadsby also act as letting agents. They have always been very professional and efficient. They have a great network of tradespeople for all those little emergencies and jobs that need doing. Inspections are always carried out on time and a report received. Would recommend.
