Not being the best time to sell property with high mortgage interest rates, cost of living crisis, etc., I put myself in the hands of Goadsby. After many months, price reductions, broken chains and a lot of negotiating by Richard I accepted an offer on the property. Richard has kept me informed of progress, chivvied parties along and smoothed the path to completion which is scheduled for mid-January 2024. Thank you to the Goadsby team.
