There a horrific company to go with, they'll happily take your deposit for simple things. Dust on a lamp shade cost nearly £20 out of deposit. They don't do a inventory properly moved in as a third person and when took the tenancy over they still used the inventory of the previous tenants. There lazy and don't care if there's a problem. Highly recommend looking elsewhere for a house to rent or buy

They both dealt with my sale and purchase. They kept me informed through the whole process which was very quick. i would recommend them both to assist in sales and purchases.
