He was friendly, professional, helpful and flexible when we requested additional viewings after agreeing a price. <br /><br />The only glitch in the whole process was when enquiring about another property much earlier when I made three calls over three days, all unanswered and not returned. I eventually wrote to Jim Doerr who arranged an immediate call back. Fortunately this initial issue wasn't representative of the excellent service I subsequently received.

We were impressed with the impartiality between Buyer and Seller and the liaison offered.<br />Where issues were raised these were dealt with accordingly.

Living 2 hours away from the Property which was rented out and overseas so over 2 hours flight away. The staff were very helpful in many ways and helped with the fact that I was not there to for example take meter readings etc
