I am delighted that I chose Goadsby in Wareham to sell my property, they are a fantastic close knit team of hard working professionals and I can’t praise them enough for everything they did. I was very impressed with the quality of the sales particulars and photographs, all of which showed my property at its best. But best of all was the excellence of the service from the whole team. I was kept fully informed at every stage and nothing was too much trouble. The people viewing were all carefully vetted to ensure that potential buyers were properly matched to my property. Goadsby found a buyer very quickly and the extremely high calibre of their professionalism became even more self evident when they expertly managed things to go from ‘offer received’ to ‘exchange of contracts’; in Less than 5-weeks!! As someone who is experienced in buying and selling property, I can absolutely say that Goadsby in Wareham is the best Estate Agent I have ever been lucky enough to use and I’m so pleased I chose them! My sincere thanks to Chloe, Olly, Gavin and all the team, who were fantastic at every stage. My advice? Don't waste your time on something as important as selling your house, by using anyone else!
