Gavin is an old friend so would expect good service from him anyway. However, Henry being new when he first showed us round is a definite asset to your team at Wareham and i am certain he'll do very well for you in the future.

Swanage office is the best , super efficent staff letting and sales , excellent , excellent , excellent above and beyond.

Regular phone calls to update us on both the sale and the purchase. <br />Very good knowledge of the local housing market and proven sales record in the specific geographical area where we were selling.<br />Felt like personal service - even though both Gavin and Ollie must be dealing with lots of different people they were both very aware of the reasons why we were buying and selling and remembered details.<br />Easy to contact and prompt to return telephone calls.

Fantastic service and staff. We moved back to the UK a year and half ago and rented a house through Goadsby, and although we had problems with the house, the Goadsby staff were great at dealing with everything quickly and efficiently, and maintaining communication throughout. We then bought a bungalow through Gavin and his team in the sales department, and again found the service second to none. They were great at arranging viewings, they were helpful at chasing everything which enable our purchase to go through extremely quickly, I really couldn’t recommend the team highly enough and I would definitely use them again.

I'm making an update on top of my earlier review in December as I have now purchased a property through the Wareham branch of Goadsby as well. I have to congratulate Gavin and his team once more, who had no end of patience and professional experience to advise me and help me through the complexities of my purchase. Without their help I could have quite easily rolled over my mortgage offer end date and lost a fantastic purchase. Top marks to Gavin, he has such a high level of experience and knows exactly how to approach business. I wont hesitate to use his services again through Goadsby, thank you. We have been delighted with the service from Goadsby during the sale of our property. They have acted with a high level of professionalism, given good advice, have communicated well at all times, and have efficiently done their job. We have just exchanged contracts on our sale .Needless to say there had been issues along the way which could have caused the chain to fail. But thanks to Gavin and his team at Goadsby Wareham he dealt with these matters in a very professional manner , always keeping us up to date with progress along the way.
