I had the pleasure to deal with Henry at the Wareham branch, this was a tricky purchase. His calm and reassuring manner is a real asset to Goasby. Im sure he has a bright career ahead.

Throughout the selling process Goadsby and in particular Henry have provided plenty of support and assistance, going the extra mile in what turned out to be a frustrating prolonged conveyance. If I could give them 12 out of ten, I would.

It is no wonder their boards are all over the place. Henry was fantastic! Updated me regarding my sale constantly. Chased solicitors for me. All round fantastic service and will be using Goadsby every time. They just know how to sell property and have a great way of doing it. The benefits of using Goadsby is simply the fact that they are big, but not too big. They have a huge database of potential buyers, they ensure the chasing is handled instead of focusing just on more instructions once you have a sale agreed, and they have the capacity to always have staff to help you, unlike a lot of other agents. A lot of people know that a house is never really sold until completion, in fact, 1 out of 4 in the UK fall through but Henry along with Goadsby ensured my sale reached completion and had no chance of falling through. Thank you Henry and thank you Goadsby.

Our choice of Goadsby as our selling agent was chiefly on the basis of their being physically close to the property being sold, and this proved to be a useful arrangement enabling us to keep in relatively close contact. The photographs taken and the initial brochure produced was of a very high quality - a glossy 3 page A4 folder showing the 3 floor layout with descriptive text of the rooms and garden. The initial price set proved to be a little high, and an acceptably lesser sum was advertised which in the event was slightly surpassed. Because we were dealing with several different people in the Goadsby office, communication was sometimes a little difficult and on one occasion there was some confusion when two couples turned up to view the property simultaneously (on a saturday) with only one member of Goadsby staff to show them round, who hadn't herself seen the house before. We looked after the other couple ourselves. The office paperwork was good, and clear financial information was helpful. The matter was satisfactorily concluded
