Fantastic team! Friendly, reactive , professional, competent , speak in plain terms and human!!! This is the second time that I have used Goadsby for house related sales and I cannot fault their performance. I would recommend this team 100%.

Both Ali and David were enthusiastic, friendly and professional. Working under difficult circumstances they made the process as pain free as possible, even after the loss of our first buyer. We were kept well informed and Alison had a good relationship with Premier Property Lawyers which helped to get our contracts exchanged even when our conveyancer was on annual leave.<br /><br />A pleasure to deal with, would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

Our experience of Goadsby Verwood was exemplary, from the first visit to value the property right through to completion they were always very professional and courteous. Our particular chain involved five properties and as three of them involved private sales we experienced a considerable delay around the Xmas and new year period. David Price from Goadsby made an extra special effort to identify the problem in the chain and helped resolve the delay even though he had no direct responsibility for the private sales; where the problem had occurred. We would recommend Goadsby Verwood as also being better value than their competitors.
