Verwood Reviews

Alison & her team were absolutely fantastic throughout the purchase of our house. Thank you so much for all your help & support throughout the process.

From making the initial "which properties do you have for sale" enquiry, right the way through to the Exchange of Contracts we have received extremely courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable service from each member of the Goadsby team in the Verwood branch. A particular mention for Joanna who initially selected our chosen property. Harrison who has guided us through the purchase process being the 'conduit' between ourselves and the vendor. He went out of his way to answer all questions we had and made himself available for the visits we wanted to make. On the one occasion Harrison wasn't able to meet us, his Manager, Alison, escorted us at the property with the same friendly, nothing is too difficult service, along with great local knowledge. All in all a 5 star professional team that have made the purchase of our new home as smooth and trouble free as possible. Thank you.

Alison, Charlotte, Harrison, Sue and the whole team were brilliant from start to finish. They were professional, helpful and supportive throughout the entire selling process, and we really couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you all for your fantastic work. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking to sell their property.

We chose Goadsby based on the promise of proactive marketing, excellent communication and personal service all of which they delivered throughout the sales process. Charlotte was our initial contact who went above and beyond. She proactively helped with local logistics, a major benefit as we were handling this sale from a distance away. Harrison then took over when a buyer was found, communication remained very good and we felt informed at every stage until the sale went through. Our experience of Goadsby has been very positive.

Goadsby we're very professional and any questions from us were swiftly answered. Particular thanks to Harrison, who helped make our house moving experience straightforward.

Staff always very friendly and helpful and get back to you when required.

As a first-time buyer, I couldn't have asked for a better experience than the one I had with Goadsby Verwood. From start to finish, the team made what could have been a daunting process feel manageable and even enjoyable. It started with the viewing agent, who was knowledgeable, well-prepared, and happy to answer all the questions I threw at her. The branch manager was equally fantastic, offering great advice and endless patience with an impatient, clueless first-time buyer (that was me!). I would absolutely, without a doubt, buy a house through this branch again, and would especially recommend the people who helped me get to this stage. Thank you to the whole team for making my first home purchase such a positive one.

Goadsby have been fantastic with the purchase of our first house from start to finish. Harrison has excellent communication and will always follow through with his follow ups. For our first time buying a house we have had a great experience!

Goadsby were immensely helpful to me especially as I'm not local. Many thanks to Harrison for his help and professionalism, you made everything run smoothly. You were a pleasure to liase with.

Alison and her team are second to none. I would highly recommend them as they were helpful from start to finish bringing this house sale to a great conclusion without any hitches.
