Useless. I called twice about a property they had to let and my details were taken and I was told the landlord would be put in touch to arrange a viewing. Never heard from landlord and then the to let board went up outside and it was let. I didn't even get a look in. I don't think the estate agent even passed my details to the landlord they sounded so disorganised on the phone.

Great service, especially from Neil Betts. When I first received my three valuations last year, I decided that Neil and Goadsby's were who I would choose. I haven't been disappointed. Neil has been helpful and not at all pushy. I would, and already have, recommend this office.

Greg was absolutely brilliant from start to finish, kept me updated with progress, chased the sale and worked harder than any agent I’ve known! Would highly recommend Goadsby Southbourne and Greg is an absolute credit to their team.
