Simon Tran�s ability to keep things on track with a sense of humour under difficult circumstances due to a couple of initial time wasting �buyers�. I had confidence in Goadsby�s ability to sell this property as much as I had confidence in Laura�s ability to rent it over the preceding ten years or so. Goadsby has been good for me.

I recently moved with the help of Goadsby Estate Agents. The process went quickly and smoothly due in large part to the excellent service provide by the agent in charge of my move. He was thorough, friendly and extremely quick to respond. I felt that I was in good and capable hands who would do everything they could to ensure the move was as painless as possible.

Goadsby, Southampton has taken care of renting my flat for me for many years while I am living and working abroad. I cannot speak highly enough of their professional and friendly service. Absolutely excellent! Recently, I had to update my flat before a new tenant moved in. Freddie and his team had arranged painting, new carpets and electrical work as soon as I gave the go ahead. Freddie updated me constantly and patiently and swiftly answered my endless emails. Tom, Laura, Rebecca and Stacy all contribute to a smooth experience.
