Goadsby have been looking after our properties for a decade now. Their levels of service are exemplarily. They are professional, courteous and most importantly get our properties let and well looked after. A particular shout out to Laura Digby in the Southampton office who has been looking after us for all this time. I am not an easy customer, but am well pleased.

I recently sold my house in Southampton through Goadsby. They were absolutely fantastic. Much better than my previous experience of purchasing a house through an agent. They worked hard to line up dozens of people to view my house, were accommodating to my personal circumstances, and got me a great price. They very much earned their commission on my house sale. I really can't recommend them more.

Great service. Kept us informed; you stayed proactive. Slight downside was at the beginning when negotiating the contract, but that was resolved quickly. Ben and his team worked hard to get this done. Thank you.

I bought a house through an estate agent Mr. James Deaville and his teams. James followed up the sales and purchase process promptly with a reasonable explanation and kept me updated on the progress. He is friendly and responsive. I do appreciate the help from James and his teams.

We were hugely impressed with Neve. She listened, advised and was really on top of her subject. She went to great lengths to explain Goadsby's ethos. She marketed the propety well and we were fortunate to immediately have 9 viewings. Two were successful in her view and were offered the tenancies. As it happened, they subsequently found alternative properties, so we re-marketed. Suitable candidiates are automatically presented by Goadsby's but we did hit a tiny hiccup at this point, as we didn't have any confidence in this tenancy, due to many concerns, some relating to the candidates 'precarious' finances and personal situation. Again, Neve listented, and although we did lose some time re-marketing, she found the perfect couple to take up one year's tenancy and they have already move in. Hooray!
