The service was excellent, proactive in finding a buyer quickly. The only disappointment was that I accepted a low offer in return for a quick sale and it seems the purchasers and their Solicitor did not honor this.<br /><br />

Rob, Jordan and the whole team, from start to finish were amazing! We couldn't have ask for a better group of Estate agents. I bought and sold through Goadsby but different branches. Communication was excellent, I was kept informed, each branch knew what the other was doing, I always had someone to talk to if I needed too. I could not recommend them enough!

We've just completed the sale of our house, expertly managed by Rob Ward, Jordan, Julie and all the team at Goadsby Salisbury. I can't rate this service highly enough, it felt reassuring to have the personal attention of the Branch Manager all the way through the sale. When our solicitor informed us that we'd exceeded the quotation price with all the chasing down the chain, Rob Ward was the only one making progress - for no extra charge - by working through the situation with the other estate agent Office managers. Trying to arrange a rental, with an exchange of contracts date moving to the right all time is hard enough - it's worth far more than people realise to be getting reassuring emails at 9pm, with new, critical information. Cheaper than Connells and Bassets, but the value of someone relentlessly pushing the chain hard is beyond measure when you're dealing with a conveyancing factory that doesn't want to communicate. Sincere thanks to all at Goadsby - you made a real difference.

Just really helpful from the start, and always courteous even when they were getting grief from the sellers. Very proffesional, but also very friendly.

My one statement would be, that after initially looking at the house on a Thursday, and stating I was very interested, I was informed that there would be a follow up call at the beginning of the next week.<br /><br />After nearly a week I had not heard from the office, so I actually phoned them to request another viewing.

I was kept well informed about the progress of the purchase and was able to see the property when I asked to do so; the only black mark was an occasion when I had booked to see the property, and Goadsby did not keep the appointment.
