I cannot thank The Goadsby team enough given their professional and helpful service. They provided an honest valuation of our property and supported us when our sale fell through due to unforeseen circumstances. Rather than simply relisting our property, Rob and team suggested dynamic options to swiftly find a new buyer to prevent us losing our dream house. The standard of service we received was excellent, especially from Rob and Ben, who kept us informed throughout the process by both telephone and email.

We were very happy with the speed with which Goadsby got our house on the market and �live� on Rightmove. Communication on the selling of my property was super, with friendly, cooperative staff. <br />Unfortunately, we found dealing with the Fordingbridge office much more difficult and unhelpful. Staff there need to listen more and talk less and give more consideration to the views of the buyers, in an attempt to move proceedings more successfully forward.
My husband and I feel so fortunate to have found Jacqui in GOADSBY Salisbury, many many years ago. During this time we have encountered quite a few ‘let downs’, in particular with URGENT repairs required to our property. We have often asked ourselves “why do we bother?” The reason for this is because of the tremendous frustration and sadness we have encountered, due to the lack of us receiving timely updates/feedback on the progress of the works from the relevant Goadsby office. We have often spent considerable time and effort requesting such updates as to what is happening with the work, which had been authorised by us many days or even weeks prior. Jacqui is such an able person and when requests by the tenants for repairs are reported to Goadsby, Jacqui does keep us informed, by email, with her action requesting the repairs. Sadly at times, we feel Jacqui has just not been provided the support required, causing unnecessary delays which does appear to be caused by another department. However, Jacqui ‘soldiers on’ which I am sure is often very frustrating for her too. We only discover the problem when we see the lengths of time, OCCASIONALLY very urgent matters take to resolve, in particular, for example recent URGENT matters. This then looks so bad on Jacqui, Goadsby and most certainly on my husband and I as landlords, who I may add, always agree to give Jacquie the ‘go ahead’ when she emails us.
