As a first-time seller, Rob was very helpful and explained exactly what the process involved, making it easy for us to understand. I would highly recommend Goadsby if you are planning on selling your home. From initial contact through to sale Rob, Scott and Greg were friendly, professional and helpful. I was kept fully informed at all times and the communication was great. One family member was clinically extremely vulnerable for COVID and we were anticipating the photographing of the house, viewings, survey etc to be challenging but the team at Goadsby were very respectful of our needs and accommodated them with ease. It only took three days from house details going online to us accepting an offer after a full calendar of viewings. Made the whole process stress free. Great agents - give them a call!
