Tim was great to work with. It's not easy selling a property while you are out of the country, seven time zones away and during a pandemic. Tim kept us apprised of the situation and filled in a lot of the blanks in our knowledge. We were very pleased with the work that Tim did.

Richard was very professional and courteous at all times, giving gentle guidance on occasion when I needed it. It was a long and drawn out process due to Covid restrictions and a long chain which did not help communication. <br />Good job, well done!
