My advice to anyone using this branch would be to keep on top of calling THEM back as it appears they have an inability to call you back

Excellent communication, from both Polly and Tim. Also Goadsby offers an in house letting service, so if you change your mind about selling, the transfer to let the property is stress free. That is such an advantage that other agents don’t have the ability to offer. There are quite a few local estate agents and I am convinced my decision to use Goadsby was a very good one. Also the solicitor recommended by Goadsby delivered well, which is such a result.

Goadsby At Ferndown - Worst expetience when you end contract The company is not friendly and their job end the moment tenancy agreement is signed. No collaboration or support. Especially the Ferndown branch! Never go them. There is no patience to listen to a problem statement and always delayed response. I have formally written to Deposit Scheme to get my deposit back while the assocaites just push back on every request to even get the least of information! Never go to them if you want peaceful life within or life after tenancy in gettin own money back or have an idea about the end!

I was well assisted through every step in the process, Natasha was very helpful even though the process was a long it was worth it at the end. I will recommend going forward if the process and requirements would be shortened a bit.
