I have used Goadsby’s for over 20 years to manage a BTL property and throughout the course the standard of service has been first class. A buyer was found extremely quickly and although many problems /delays were encountered and caused by the buyers solicitors, I was constantly kept updated. I have rented a house through Goadsby for a few years and the team in Ferndown was very pleasant and professional, from the first contact and showing me the property to the end of my tenancy. My property was part of their fully managed offering and if I were a landlord, I'd certainly consider Goadsby as a manager. They performed quick but detailed checks every 6 months to ensure property is kept in good shape and that there are no issues which would lead to costly repairs down the road.
